  Pathways to Mobilization

Disciple Making Movements —to train, teach and encourage lay persons, leaders, pastors, evangelists and missionaries to serve the Lord with all their hearts, talents and energy.

Of all the needs that Pathways International addresses, making disciples, training existing Pastors, Leaders, Evangelists and future Missionaries is at the forefront. Pathways International has worked with others from the United States and many more in Ecuador to identify men of peace in the surrounding communities. Our hope is that, as more and more people come to know Christ, the work of discipleship can be continued through Ecuadorians themselves with the aid of Pathways and its supporters.

Materials are always needed in the form of Spanish printed training materials, Gospels of John, New Testaments, and complete Bibles. We also have need for discipleship materials and guides for developing leaders. Should you wish to sponsor a training conference or seminar, a new Church plant or Bible study at another location, we can get you very specific information by Emailing us HERE.

Laptops for Leaders is a project we are currently working on. Putting an old laptop with minimal software on it, in the hands of a leader can go a very long way to establishing a solid work. We will configure these laptops for the Spanish language and include bible software for a more effective ministry. We are also exploring the use of open source software and Linux to minimize the cost and provide continued contact through computer based training when possible.

While we would rather have experienced people come to Ecuador on short or long term missions to help us with this, you can always donate specifically to this project by going HERE. Please check back often to see how this effort is going and for further details. We will also have a forum to discuss this issue in an ongoing and more thorough format.

Thanks in advance for your prayers,

"God's work is not man working for God; it is God's own work, though often wrought through man's hands."
