Health Care for Hope—to provide medical/dental services and clinics within a Christian context.
A young child 4 days into a fever is refused attention because his mom couldn't pay the 5 Dollar exam fee. A blind young man is robbed and hit on the head with a rock and can not get seen at the hospital. A boy receives major surgery to restore his urinary tract. Another teenager receives brain surgery after Pathways intervention.
There are countless medical situations in which the slightest help can go a long way. Pathways International is always identifying medical needs as we travel through the Rain Forest Region and would like to build up a fund to get much needed treatment to the neglected or ignored on a case by case basis. If you would like to help with this effort. Please Email us.
We are also developing a relationship with a national dental organization where the graduates need to perform a certain amount of hours of community service. We just need toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste, and any other minor dental tools to make this happen.
As i was visiting a local Hospital here in Ecuador and saw a patient that was not being treated, I asked "Why isn't this person being taken care of?" The nurse said, "his parents can not afford to pay." I asked, will he die without medical attention?" The doctor replied, "Thats how it is in our country."
A few Dollars can spare a life! if you would like to contribute to our "Healthcare for Hope" fund, please visit our donations page.

"I have seen, at different times, the smoke of a thousand villages - villages whose people are without Christ, without God, and without hope in the world."
