Pathways International NC is a nonprofit corporation that was formed to honor the call of the Great Commission. Pathways International is dedicated to serving the Lord by spreading the Gospel throughout Ecuador and wherever the Lord directs.

Michael graduated from Nyack Missionary College with a Dual BA in Biblical Studies and Psychology, followed up by advanced seminary training in South Carolina. Michael and Claudia resigned from thriving careers and moved from North Carolina to Ecuador . Michael serves as a director ministry programs ,and Claudia serves as an administrator. The Labradors aspire to fully utilize God-given gifts and talents to reach into Ecuador and the world for the Kingdom of God.
